You keep 91% of royalties from Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and most streaming platforms. For Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and SoundExchange you keep 85%. For YouTube Content ID and YouTube Music you keep 75%.
Most releases go live within 24–72 hours. We recommend submitting at least 14 days before your target release date, especially if you want to pitch your music to Spotify or Apple Music's editorial playlist teams.
Royalties are paid monthly. Stores report and pay Catapult on a rolling schedule (typically 1–3 months in arrears), and we pass those earnings through to you each month as they are received.
