Catapult's Pricing & Fees

Catapult Distribution allows you to sell & stream your music on over 1,000 music stores in over 100 countries. These include: Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube, Google Play, Deezer, & more.

Unlike other music distributors, Catapult charges a one time fee to get your music in the stores. We do not charge a fixed monthly service fee to keep your music online.

We do collect a 9% fee on any distributions. For example: if you earn $100 in one month you will receive $91 into your PayPal account.

It’s free to sign up, and you only pay once you’re ready to submit your content to the stores.

However, with our Trend Reports and Metrics Service you don't have to wait months to view reports of your sales. Instead, you can view sales of your albums and tracks from as recent as yesterday.

UPC Registration

$20

A UPC is the code that uniquely identifies your album throughout the world. It is the method by which your album is tracked throughout the digital music stores. All music stores require that your album have a UPC code, even for digital albums.

If your album does not have a UPC code, our system can automatically generate one for you for a one time fee of $20

YouTube Sound Collection

$10

+15% of earnings

If your song is used on a YouTube video and that video earns the video creator money, you are entitled to a percentage of those earnings.

For a one time fee of $10, Catapult will submit your content to YouTube in a way that can be used to track it’s usage in videos. Every month, Catapult will report to you the videos your song was used in, and pay you 85% of your earnings from YouTube.
